Jonata Dayan joined Winoker Realty Company, Inc in September of 2001. Prior to joining Winoker, she spent fifteen years running the daily operation and showroom for a successful manufacturing company in the fashion industry. As a principal and Vice President of this corporation, she was responsible for overall operations which included a sales offices in New York as well as an import export department in Mexico and warehouse facilities in Los Angeles.

In addition to her work in the fashion industry, Jonata has been involved in a variety of real estate transactions. These include the purchase and management of commercial, and residential properties. Her business experience and problem solving skills bring a unique perspective to the complexities of the real estate industry. Specializing in both tenant and owner representation for the fashion, accessories and home textiles markets was an easy and natural transition.

Ms. Dayan is currently the exclusive leasing agent for 320 Fifth Avenue. The building is currently 90% rented. Her clients include Bon Jour Capital, Mondani Accessories The Basque Trade Commission, The Elizabeth Foundation for the Arts, Titanium Marketing, Tsai Realty and Felina Lingerie.

Her sub-specialty includes commercial coops and condominiums. In 2005, Ms. Dayan started Winoker Realty's Office Condominium and Coop Division.

Jonata Dayan graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Brooklyn College. She launched her real estate career by attending New York Real Estate Institute, and is a licensed real estate broker in the State of New York.
