Bill has represented the needs of commercial office tenants, both large and small, for 25 years.  His expertise centers on leasing, and in Midtown, but Bill has done many retail transactions, and many downtown deals as well.

Bill focuses on the achievement of client goals.  He has been written up in the New York Times, Crain's New York and various real estate trade publications many times through out his career and he has represented several of his many clients on multiple occasions, always with integrity and experience.
