Linda Lucerino has over two decades of experience in property administration and management.  She joined Winoker Realty Co. in 2006 as the Director of Property Management.

In her position, Ms. Lucerino is responsible for supervising Project Managers' projects, budgets, union issues, bidding and negotiations, as well as leasing and tenant issues.  She has also developed Tenant Improvement Specs for all properties, implemented and updated departmental and building procedures, and established and maintained tenant relationships.  Additional job responsibilities include monitoring purchase orders, tracking building violations, supervising due diligence efforts, Take Over Procedures, and more.

Linda joined Winoker Realty after 17 years with S.L. Green Realty Corporation where she held a variety of roles including Vice President of Acquisitions and Director of Property Management.  She was responsible for daily management for a number of commercial office buildings, totaling 10 million square feet, as well as the annual portfolio budget preparation of approximately $45 million.

Linda Lucerino is a member of the National Association of Building Owners and Managers and the Real Estate Board of New York.
