Alex Fazio joined Winoker Realty after four (4) year tenure as an Investment Banker with UBS Securities.  As an Analyst in the Leveraged Finance Group, Alex was responsible for business development and idea generation working closely with the largest private equity firms globally.  Alex also provided debt structuring expertise in leveraged buyout and recapitalization transactions.  Earlier in his career, he served with Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, a financial service focused, boutique investment bank.

He is currently part of Marc Miller's team, focusing exclusively on business development for tenant representation services which include relocation analysis, office leasing, subleasing and lease renewal services.   Alex brings a strong financial and client relationship background to an experienced team of commercial leasing specialists.

Alex received his B.S. from Boston University in Finance and International Relations. He is fluent in Spanish and an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).
