Matt Etlinger recently joined Marc Miller and the Tenant Representation team at Winoker Realty, bringing along a unique collection of experiences.  Matt works with clients across a variety of vertical markets and industries, guiding executives with their relocation analysis, office leasing, subleasing, and lease renewal decisions.  Having owned and operated his own businesses, Matt understands the importance of rock solid relationships, and how that impacts making intelligent office leasing decisions. 

Prior to joining Winoker Realty, Matt co-founded multiple technology startups, overseeing various launches, fundraising and public relations efforts, as well as the day to day operations including making office and leasing decisions.  Prior to a six (6) year entrepreneurial tenure, Matt held business development positions with the Phoenix Suns and New York Knicks.  Working in the NBA, Matt constructed client entertainment solutions for over a hundred businesses, including many Fortune 500 companies. 

A native New Yorker, Matt graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst's Isenberg School of Management with a B.S. in Sport Management. At the age of 21, Matt implemented a variety of revenue generating entrepreneurial projects as President of UMASSM, the nation’s largest Undergraduate Sport Management Organization.
