Mr. Cooperstock joined Winoker Realty Company, Inc. in 1984. Prior to joining Winoker Realty Company, Inc. he was a principal of Weather Downs Inc. a ladies coat manufacturer from 1980 through 1983. From 1972 through 1980 he was a senior sales executive at Post Time Inc., also a ladies coat manufacturer.

Mr. Cooperstock is currently exclusive leasing agent for 24-32 Union Square East, 141 West 36^th Street, 242 West 38^th Street, 29 West 36^th Street and 205 West 39th Street, the Calvin Klein Building.

Mr. Cooperstock has been exclusive leasing agent for 469 Seventh Avenue, 214 West 39th Street, 485 Seventh Avenue "The Fashion Atrium" where he has been very successful in leasing campaigns for these properties and 202 West 40th Street where he created a young designers showroom building from what had been a loft building.

Mr. Cooperstock attended the University of Charleston, West Virginia with a concentration in Business Administration. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and the United States Golf Association.
