Mr. Bernstein joined Winoker Realty Company, Inc. in 1991.

Mr. Bernstein is currently a Senior Managing Director at Winoker Realty Company, Inc. in New York City and has been in the commercial Real Estate industry since 1984.

Prior to joining Winoker, he was Vice President of Bernstein Real Estate from 1989-1991 and with Helmsley-Spear, Inc. from 1984-1988. Prior to entering into the Real Estate business, he was Vice President of Sales for Admire Fashions.

Mr. Bernstein is currently the exclusive managing and leasing agent for 1040 Avenue of the Americas and has been for over 11 years. When Mr. Bernstein took over the building in 1992, the building had over 70,000 vacant square feet. He was successful in turning the building into a major textile industry building. Over the last four years, he again transformed the building back into a major office building.

Mr. Bernstein was the exclusive leasing and managing agent of 1450 Broadway where he was successful in overseeing the total renovation of the building and the lease-up program, transforming a textile building into a high priced office and showroom building. Over 175,000 square feet had been leased to tenants such as St. John Knits, Liz Claiborne and Jones Apparel. Mr. Bernstein was also the exclusive leasing and managing agent for 341 West 38th Street from 1985 until he sold the building in 1997.

While at Bernstein Real Estate, Barry was directly involved in the management and leasing at 499 Seventh Avenue, a 170,000 square foot building which was transformed from a bridal building to a couture sportswear showroom building.

High profile transactions consummated by Mr. Bernstein, several of which he represented exclusively, include Dennis Publishing, Maxim Magazine, Stuff Magazine, Jones Apparel Group, Liz Claiborne, Tommy Hilfiger USA and Kenar Enterprises.

Mr. Bernstein attended the University of Hartford, Hartford, Connecticut with a concentration on Accounting and Business Administration. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, the Loft and Secondary Office Building Committee, The United States Golf Association and the New Leadership Real Estate Division of Israel Bonds Association.

He is also the agent for 347 West 36th Street, 241 West 37th Street and 29 West 30th Street.
