Elliot H. Klein recently joined Winoker Realty Company as a Senior Vice President after 10 years at Grubb & Ellis as Executive Managing Director.  Mr. Klein will be focusing on enhancing and expanding the agency business for Winoker Realty.

Mr. Klein joined Grubb & Ellis in May 1995 to focus the company's expansion in the New York Market and nationally.  Previously, he pursued his brokerage career at the Edward S. Gordon Company, which he joined in 1993 and was promoted to Associate Managing Director in unprecedented time.  Mr. Klein has concluded transactions totaling well in excess of one million square feet.  Prior to his involvement in real estate, Mr. Klein was involved with the manufacturing and sales of Intimate Apparel for 22 years, including as V.P. Private Label for the Chain Store Division of Gilligan & O'Malley.

Mr. Klein is a member of The Real Estate Board of New York.  He is active in Concerned Parents for AIDS; New Alternatives for Children and Manhattan Kickers, a youth soccer program sponsored by Con Ed.  Mr. Klein holds a Bachelor of Science and Masters of Science degrees from the University of Massachusetts.
