Howard recently joined Winoker Realty Company, bringing with him 30 years experience working in sales in the New York market.  Formerly a sales executive in the women's apparel business, Howard regularly negotiated multimillion dollar deals with expertise and finesse, resulting in maximized profits for all involved.  If you are interested in buying or leasing, Howard will work with his clients to find the best commercial space available to meet their needs, and will use his finely honed skills of negotiation to make the best deal possible.  If you are looking to sell or lease out a property, Howard will represent you in a professional, reliable and responsible manner and find the best buyer or tenant for your property.

Howard graduated cum laude with a B.S. degree from SUNY at Buffalo in Accounting and Business Administration.  He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York
