David Winoker brings more than two decades of experience to the helm of the full-service real estate firm that bears his name.  As the second generation of Winokers to lead the firm, David oversees its day-to-day operations including tenant and landlord representation, asset and property management and due diligence services.

Once widely recognized for its unparalleled knowledge and dominance of the Fashion District's real estate market, David has grown the business into an independent, midsized firm, covering every major submarket in Manhattan and providing clients with a full range of expert services.  Throughout the years, Winoker Realty has remained a driving force and dominant player in the Fashion District.

In addition to overseeing the management of Winoker Realty's impressive portfolio of commercial, retail and residential properties, David has been personally involved in leasing more than one million square feet of commercial space.He has been advising clients on how to get the most out of their real estate assets within changing markets through property repositionings, renovations and dispositions.

He was instrumental in repositioning buildings including 148 Madison Avenue, 347 West 36th Street, 32 Union Square East and 152 Madison Avenue, making improvements that maximized the ROI and increased the value of these properties.

Prior to joining Winoker Realty, David had a successful career in project and construction management at Lehrer McGovern Bovis.  He earned a BS in building construction/ contracting from Purdue University, is a licensed real estate broker and a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).  David has been honored and served as Co-Chairman of The State of Israel Bonds' Real Estate New Leadership Division which supports programs to strengthen Israel's economy and has received the Max J. Feld Achievement Award.  He has also been honored by the MANN Foundation and the Starlight Children's Foundation.
