Corey J. Abdo joined Winoker Realty Company as a Senior Vice President in 2002 bringing over 20 years of experience representing both tenants and landlords in Manhattan and surrounding areas.
He has led the leasing efforts of the company, helping to grow the firm into one of the most dynamic mid-sized full service real estate companies in New York City. In 2008, Mr. Abdo became a partner and continues to manage the leasing department as well as representing tenants and landlords in their leasing requirements.
Mr. Abdo has successfully negotiated over five million square feet of real estate transactions in his career representing both tenants and landlords. He currently represents the Brause family as agent for three of their properties in their New York; 320 Fifth Ave., 141 West 36th Street & 330 East 59th Street.
Prior to joining Winoker Realty, he worked at Newmark & Company for 17 years and was instrumental in the development of the promotional brokerage division. He worked with Newmark president Barry Gosin in representing Chadbourne & Parke in their 225,000 square foot lease at Rockefeller Center.
Mr. Abdo is a member of The Real Estate Board of New York and holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from Hofstra University.
